
ABOUT
Head of Lab
Duy-Dinh Nguyen received B.E and M.E degrees on Automation and Control at the School of Electrical Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam in 2009 and 2013, respectively. He received Ph.D. degree at Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan in 2017. From 10/2017 to 9/2018, he was a Postdoctoral researcher at the same laboratory at Shibaura Institute of Technology. From 10/2018 to 10/2020, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Eco-electric Power Research Centre, Aichi Institute of Technology, Japan. Since 11/2020, he becomes a visiting Associate Professor at the same Research Centre.
Since 2010 to present, he has been a lecturer at the Department of Industrial Automation, School of Electrical Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam. His subjects include: C/C++ programing and Electric Drive. His research mainly focuses on power electronics converters design and control, and their applications. His research interests include:
